I wouldn't do this for the reason alone being you can get banned for putting custom textures and such in games.Center Dot is a Windows application that renders a dot in the center of the screen. It's just drawn above your desktop and windowed game. The thing here is - you don't put anything IN game.
This method doesn't inject anything into games, so no anticheat will detect it or ban you for just placing something above the game.

Terrific idea! Some of the guns have such tiny crosshairs that I can barely see them when playing on my 40inch tv with a controller when standing still, much less in a battle. Some of these players have been banned on Fortnite for using these programs, so it would not be wise to use them! What do you think about this concept, is this something you would like to see in Fortnite? Let us know what you think in the comments section below and tell us how this could be improved. This gives them an unfair advantage and this could be eliminated if everyone was given the option to customize in-game. Overall, we think that this is a good concept that should come to Fortnite as there are many players that are using third party programs to make customizations to their crosshairs already. Also, there may be more colors that players would like to choose from for the crosshairs. If this was to be implemented in the game, we would suggest that the preview of the crosshairs should be made bigger so it is more visible to players. The Double Pump Shotgun is still doable! There is also a little image at the bottom which will show what the crosshair will look like in-game, which will be helpful for players to see when making alterations to the crosshair to see what will work best for them. Players will then be able to customize the type, color, accuracy, opacity and size of the crosshair. Vynownz has suggested that there should be a tab dedicated to the crosshair in the Settings menu, which is where players would be able to customize crosshairs. At the moment, there is no way of customizing crosshairs in Fortnite.
Players have their own preferences of which crosshairs they like to use when playing different games.
